Thermometer

Under the guidance of Imagebook’s design proposals and direction, this is a project in which students of STUDIO 3, Product Design Department,Tama Art University,
gain practical experience in refining product designs and exploring forms of expression.

Curious to see inside the thermometer, took it apart and discovered a beautiful bimetallic coil. As arranged the thermometer’s components around this bimetallic coil, the elegant interplay between the bimetal, the pointer and the scale became apparent.
